Sandi
Sandi manages all administrative support, intensive therapy coordination, and therapist travel for On The Fly DMI. Drawing on her personal experience navigating intensive therapy with her son, she helps families and therapists stay organized and supported every step of the way.
-
Sandi is the face behind all administrative support, intensive therapy coordination, and therapist travel for On The Fly DMI. Originally from Sacramento, she has lived in Wisconsin since completing graduate school.
Her passion for pediatric therapy grew from personal experience: in 2019, she and her son AJ traveled across the country for his first intensive therapy session, where Jennell led his very first session. That experience inspired her to leave her corporate training and development career in 2020 to become a full-time CP mom.
In early 2023, Sandi joined On The Fly, bringing her organizational skills and empathy for families navigating pediatric therapy. She loves enabling therapists to focus on children while supporting families through their journeys.
Outside of work, Sandi enjoys baking (especially edible cookie dough for therapists!), biking, long walks, watching sports with AJ, and dancing to the Backstreet Boys. She is thrilled to work with such dedicated therapists and families and looks forward to connecting with you.
